All goods remain the property of Sage & Co. K9 Products until full payment has been received.

While we take every care to ensure our products are safe when used as intended, Sage & Co. cannot accept responsibility for any damage, injury, or other issues resulting from the use of our products.

Our products are designed as interactive training and reward toys. They should never be left with a dog unsupervised and must only be used under direct supervision.

Please note: No item is chew-proof. All toys are intended for interactive play and standard tugging behaviour. Due to the nature of some materials, not all toys will be suitable for every dog.

PAYMENT

For your convenience, our website features an integrated shopping cart.
Simply browse our online shop and add items to your cart. When you're ready to place your order, proceed to the shopping cart and click Check Out.

Our banking details will be displayed on the checkout page. Please complete your payment via bank transfer. Once payment has been received, your order will be processed.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

 

  • Faulty Items: Any faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items reported after this period.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or accepted.

While we make every effort to ensure our products are safe when used as intended, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure suitability for their individual dog. All Sage & Co. products are designed as interactive training and reward toys and must only be used under supervision. They are not chew-proof and are not intended to be left with your dog unsupervised.

Our toys are made for interactive play and tugging activities. Due to the nature of certain materials, not all toys will be suitable for every dog. Please assess each product for its appropriateness for your dog before use.
